A mid-tier accounting firm has announced the appointment of a new director specialising in forensic and legal services, who is due to commence in the new financial year, and has a history with big four firms and national legal networks.

Vincents has confirmed to Accountants Daily that Mariano Rossetto is due to join the ranks in Sydney on 1 July.
Mr Rossetto will make the move from law firm Slater and Gordon Lawyers where he worked as a forensic accountant for eight years. His 32-year career also includes roles at Deloitte and Furzer Crestani.

Upon his commencement at Vincents, Mr Rossetto’s role will cover the full spectrum of forensic and legal services including business valuations, commercial matters, family and estate matters, financial crime, forensic technology, insurance and personal injury matters.
“In appointing a new director in Sydney, we are aiming to further the rapid growth of that office and continue the success these arms of our business have experienced nationwide,” Vincents managing director David Rose said.
“With his broad skill set and experience in the legal sector, we are confident Mariano is the right person to drive this area of our business in the fast-paced Sydney market and help us execute this vision.”
