Jimmy Trpcevski started his new role on 4 July alongside the WAIS partnership team of Kim Strickland, Chris Williamson and David Hurst.
Mr Trpcevski is a registered liquidator and bankruptcy trustee with 15 years’ experience in corporate and personal insolvency, managing large scale and complex external administrations with expertise across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, transport, building and construction, retail and property.
“We’re delighted to welcome Jimmy in his new role as a partner with us. He is a first-rate insolvency specialist with excellent skills and vast experience across many industry sectors,” said Mr Strickland, managing partner of WAIS.
“Jirsch Sutherland and WAIS have experienced strong growth over the past few years and Jimmy’s strong skill sets, diverse experience, and commitment to our strategic direction makes him a great asset to our partnership team.
“In particular, his ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships is an excellent asset. His well-established contacts in the WA market and his focus on large complex administrations align with our commitment to work locally and on a national scale.”
Mr Trpcevski said he was looking forward to his new role and developing and maintaining relationships in what he describes as “the most important aspect of what we do”.
“Being with the firm for many years, it has been gratifying to see us expand and continue to be the leaders in the industry, and I am keen to apply my skills to help grow the business further and provide the best outcomes for our clients,” said Mr Trpcevski.
“What we do has an impact on all stakeholders and regardless of the sector; my focus is on achieving the best outcome for them. I do this by adopting a commercial approach while considering the particular context of each matter.”
