Findex have announced 30 partner appointments across the group’s operation spanning Australia and New Zealand, with five external hires supplementing 25 internal promotions across 2018.
Partner appointments in business services and advisory teams accounted for 90 per cent of all appointments, including 15 business advisory partners, eight financial planning partners, and four performance consulting and risk partners.
The remaining 10 per cent of appointments were made for specialist taxation and audit and assurance roles.
More than half of all the appointments were made in regional offices, most notably in Colac, Victoria which accounted for five new partners.
“It’s really great to see some of the names on the list of our newest partners in 2018, it signifies we’re continuing our exciting growth plans and we have an exceptionally talented group rising through our business,” said Findex chief financial officer, Matt Games.
“As we continue to roll out our equity offer to staff throughout 2019, we’ll look to increase our investment in retaining our valued team members.”
Last month, Findex completed an acquisition and rebrand of two firms within the Riverland region in South Australia, strengthening its grip on the regional area.
