Findex has today announced the appointment of Jacqueline Carmont as partner in its business advisory team in its Sydney office.
Ms Carmont was a former PwC director of business performance, digital technology, with nearly two decades of experience leading significant change management projects globally, alongside operating as head of finance and operations for PwC Australia’s assurance business.
Prior to this, Ms Carmont worked in client-facing and internal leadership positions across offices in London, Kolkata, New York and Hong Kong.
“I’m excited to be joining the Findex team. There is a huge opportunity for us to provide a completely new approach to helping businesses thrive. Also, Findex has one of the most diverse financial services offerings in the market, and as a client-focused professional, it presents an unrivalled opportunity,” Ms Carmont said.
Findex Sydney managing partner Jim Softsis welcomed the appointment and said Ms Carmont’s experience would help assist its small and medium-sized clients.
“Jacqueline’s arrival enhances our ability to connect with the SME and broader business marketplace. Jacqueline’s deep and diverse experience working with both clients and leading internal operations lifts our knowledge and expertise base greatly,” Mr Softsis said.
In April, Crowe Horwath Australia and New Zealand announced its rebrand as Findex, with all 110 office locations undergoing the change.
Findex’s existing affiliation with Crowe Global continues, with its audit and assurance services to continue under the Crowe banner.
