McGrathNicol managing partner Jamie Haris said the firm was delighted to have Mr Arthur joining the partnership.
“[Rob] has implemented performance improvements of more than $1 billion through strategic, operational and commercial initiatives and adopted a range of innovative methods to improve financial outcomes by more than 50 per cent,” Mr Harris said.
“Rob has an excellent track record in strategy and brings a valuable skill set. We look forward to his contribution to the growing team.”
Mr Arthur said he was looking forward to the new partnership role and to helping business clients improve their financial outcomes.
“I’m excited to join such an experienced team to deliver measurable and sustainable improvements to businesses, linking strategy to action,” Mr Arthur said.
