Accounting and business advisory firm PKF has appointed two equity partners and three salaried partners ahead of company-wide promotions next month.

Sydney business advisory team member Christina Manfre becomes an equity partner after nine years with the firm.

“It is the opportunity to lead a team of such forward-thinking and innovative people that has been the greatest reward,” said Ms Manfre.

The other equity partner appointment, Kym Reilly, operates across audit, governance, risk and compliance. She said role models within audit had inspired her career ambitions.

“Working alongside the best of the best in the audit space, it was clear to me who I wanted to become as a leader,” she said. “This will always be a continuous journey in one’s career, but to achieve this milestone reaffirms that myself, and my team, are heading in the right direction.”

The three new salaried partners are Andrew Chen, Madina Radinovich and Stacie Shaw.

Mr Chen’s spent five years at PKF before a stint in the commercial world, returning in 2021.

With more than a decade at the firm, Ms Radinovich had a “strategic and results-focused approach” said PKF, “creating opportunities even in the most difficult of situations”.

Meanwhile Ms Shaw’s “well-rounded experience” gave her a “unique understanding of her clients”.

PKF managing director Bob Bell said people were key to the firm’s success.

“It is very exciting to have such a dynamic and diverse group joining and growing in the partnership,” he said.

“Christina, Kym, Andrew, Madina and Stacie all share one core trait: unconditional support and service to their team, their clients and this firm. Their promotions are a true reflection of their abilities, growth and commitment.”

PKF began in Newcastle, NSW, and has grown to become a top 20 Australian accounting firm that also offers audit, tax and business services.

PKF International is a global family of separately owned firms with 400 offices, operating in 150 countries.
