Melbourne-based accounting firm Rose Partners has entered into a strategic partnership with professional services collective AZ NGA to share knowledge and collaborate on projects to drive growth across both organisations.
Ben Simon, partner at Rose Partners said the partnership would help the firm achieve goals such as the acceleration of expansion plans and greater opportunities for junior partners to buy in.
“We are a mature business with a highly experienced leadership team and ambitious plans to grow organically and through M&A,” said Mr Simon.
“We have the right structure, processes and systems in place to drive efficiencies and growth, and we want to share our knowledge and expertise to create value for our staff, clients and business partners.”
Rose Partners brings with it high-value clients along with a significant number of healthcare professionals such as doctors, dentists, pharmacists, and allied health specialists.
This sizeable healthcare professional client base provoked the firm to have a Rose Health division that strives to assist with the specialised needs of the healthcare industry and looking to buy, sell or finance including due diligence, valuations and transaction support along with the core taxation services.
AZ NGA chief executive officer Paul Barrett said Rose Partners was an impressive business with an enthusiastic team and the ability to bring innovative solutions to market, citing the recent launch of Rose Management Accounting Services.
“Rose Partners is a high calibre business with deep specialisation,” said Mr Barrett.
“A number of AZ NGA member firms that operate in the healthcare space have worked with the team there to support mutual clients so there is already a lot of trust and familiarity.”
“Together we can learn from one another and achieve much more than we could individually.”
Rose Partners was founded in 1976 and established itself as a trusted adviser to prominent Australian families and businesses by building enduring relationships to discover opportunities with them.
AZ NGA was established in 2015 and has grown into a collective of accounting and financial advisory firms united by common values and a shared vision to build an exceptional professional services group.
