Appointments

Accounting firm Moore Australia has appointed Jarron Puszet to chair its M&A division in Victoria and Tasmania.

By Emma Partis 6 minute read

Puszet’s areas of expertise include sell-side and buy-side advisory, capital raising and delivering strategic and commercially driven M&A solutions.

“Jarron brings a unique combination of global transaction capability and knowledge with local insight that will be invaluable to our clients,” Steven Sakkas, CEO of Moore Australia (VIC/TAS), said.

“His deep understanding of the commercial landscape, particularly in complex M&A transactions, aligns perfectly with our firm’s mission to deliver commercial, results-driven solutions.”

Puszet has 17 years of experience in corporate advisory. His career spans investment banking at Credit Suisse, corporate development for Woolworths and independent corporate advisory at 333 Capital.

He also has broad experience undertaking domestic and international transactions in the mid-market, and his clients have included firms in IT services, software and technology, consumer brands, professional services and agriculture.

“Jarron’s appointment is a key part of our strategy to further solidify our leadership position in M&A advisory,” Sakkas said.

"With Jarron’s leadership, we are confident that we will not only expand our presence in Victoria and Tasmania but also continue to lead, together with our fellow Moore Australia network firms, in the Australian M&A advisory market.”

This follows Moore Australia’s promotions of Chris Dickie, Natasia Capaldo and Jackie Slarks across their network in Perth, Adelaide and Darwin.

The firm said the promotions reflected its commitment to developing and recognising talent throughout its network.
