In a statement, Nexia Edwards Marshall said it has appointed Damien Pozza as a partner, while Alanah Boylon, Sarah McEachern and Matthew O’Connor have all been appointed directors.
In June, Nexia Edwards Marshall acquired Barry Hansen Chartered Accountants, looking to expand into the Darwin market.
“These positive changes will provide us with more opportunities for growth,” said Nexia Edwards Marshall managing partner Jamie Dreckow.
“Damien Pozza began his career with us and we are delighted that he has grown with us to become a partner in our assurance services division.”
Ms McEachern has moved to Nexia Edwards Marshall’s new Darwin office and will be a director in its business consulting and taxation divisions.
Ms Boylon will be the director of Nexia Edwards Marshall’s specialist superannuation division within its business consulting department, while Mr O’Connor will be a director in its audit and assurance division.
