Matthews Steer boosts executive team
Melbourne-based accounting firm Matthews Steer has increased its executive team by announcing two promotions as part of its succession-planning strategy.

In a statement, Matthews Steer announced it has promoted Stephen Wooster to partner and Charith Mandadige to associate.
Mr Wooster is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA and has been with Matthews Steer for 10 years.
“Stephen has a great relationship with his clients and is always happy to go the extra mile for them,” said Matthews Steer managing partner Ken Matthews.
“He heads up our business advisory division and his turn-around work has been invaluable to our clients.”
Mr Mandadige currently manages a team of accountants within the business services and tax advisory division of the firm.
“With us for nearly five years, Charith has a great client rapport, is a valued team member and holds the highest technical standards,” Mr Matthews said.
