Walker Wayland has “expanded its horizons” with a new member based in Indonesia.
Doli, Bambang, Sulistiyanto, Dadang & Ali (DBSD&A), headquartered in Jakarta, is the first firm outside Australia or New Zealand to gain membership of the group.
Walker Wayland Australasia executive director Stephen Roger said the group's board has been working over recent years to develop business relationships in south-east Asia.
"Indonesia has a strong economy and a burgeoning middle class and business community," he said.
"DBSD&A will be a great resource for our members and their clients doing business in this vibrant environment."
DBSD&A principal Doli Diapary Siregar is also confident the partnership will spur growth.
"We believe our clients will gain great benefit from our access to a large pool of highly qualified advisers," he said.
"We are particularly interested to learn more about Walker Wayland's use of the CaseWare product in audit processes."
