Together with principal partner Thomson Reuters, Accountants Daily would like to congratulate the record 186 finalists that are now in line to take home top honours at the Australian Accounting Awards for 2017.
“The quality and volume of submissions this year were absolutely standout, so it's an incredible achievement to be recognised as a finalist in this year’s Australian Accounting Awards,” said head of partnerships at Accountants Daily, Terry Braithwaite.
Managing director for Thomson Reuters Australia and New Zealand Ben Scull said the company is proud to be supporting an initiative which recognises the hard work of the accounting community in Australia on a national scale.
“We are amazed by the volume and quality of submissions for 2017. There is an excellence in talent and innovation among the finalists, and we are very excited about how impressive the awards night will be this year,” Mr Scull said.
“We are very proud to be principal sponsors and partnering with an awards program which recognises the depth of talent in the Australian accounting industry,” he said.
The winners will be revealed at a five-star gala dinner in Sydney on 26 May, at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth.
