The MBA Partnership, an affiliate of mid-tier accounting firm Bentleys, said James Brown and Trevor Bruger were appointed in line with the firm’s commitment to professional development and the strengthening of its core services lines - including small business and tax advisory services.
“These internal appointments are a testament to the time invested in nurturing and equipping our people with the skillset able to better service our clients, as well as attracting candidates that are committed to contributing the growth of the broader business,” said Geoff Missen, director of The MBA Partnership.
“Since joining the business as graduates, both Mr Brown and Mr Bruger have gone from strength to strength, contributing to the development and maintenance of relationships within our client base.
“We are proud of the work that both have contributed to date. The promotions are well-deserved and we have no doubt that Mr Brown and Mr Bruger will continue to add to the strength of the business.”
Mr Brown joined The MBA Partnership in 2008 as a graduate accountant before specialising as a tax manager in the construction and franchising sector.
Similarly, Mr Bruger joined in 2009 and specialises in small business and corporate tax advisory.
Both Mr Brown and Mr Bruger will carry out their new appointment in The MBA Partnership’s Southport office.
