No time frame or specific outline of what the restructure entails was supplied to members in this update.
Chief executive Rick Ellis’ internal memo to staff foreshadowed changes in reporting lines and team structures around 1 July to support the outcomes of its strategic review announced in the early months of Mr Ellis’ tenure.

As reported late last month, CA ANZ is in the process of a major organisational overhaul, significantly motivated by consecutive years of losses up to $8.2 million.
After his appointment last year, Mr Ellis commissioned an external consultant to inform a change in management process for CA ANZ, which involved about 100 member-focused workshops in Australia and New Zealand.
