These promotions will add considerable expertise and excellence to our existing clients and will be instrumental in shaping the future of our firm.

With a career spanning 20 years, Wali brings a wealth of experience to Walker Wayland NSW having previously worked with the Big 4 (EY) and Mid-tier firm (Grant Thornton). He provides advisory and audit services to dynamic mid-size businesses across a number of industries including mining, retail, medical, technology, NFP, clubs and fintech sectors. Wali has also acted as an independent accountant as part of the IPO process for numerous ASX listings.
His diverse experience and background enable him to provide independent, pragmatic and commercial solutions to businesses, whilst at the same time, maintaining the highest level of quality. Wali’s commercial acumen and breadth of skills often means he is the sounding board for his clients in matters outside general compliance.
Wali was one of the prime movers in the creation of the Walker Wayland NSW Outsource Function in 2014 which has enhanced collaboration amongst the global BKR network firms.
Wali is a registered company auditor, a registered greenhouse and energy auditor, registered self- managed superannuation fund auditor, a registered tax agent and the Chair of the Walker Wayland Australasia Audit & Assurance Practice Group.
Cameron will head our technology solutions division, in additon to development of his taxation and business advisory.
Cameron is a Chartered Accountant and has over 11 years’ experience providing business advisory, accounting, and taxation services to his clients in a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, financial services and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Walker Wayland, Cameron worked at Deloitte in Sydney in their Private Client Division, with a focus on the SME market and high net wealth individuals.
Cameron’s objective is to deliver quality client service by providing innovative and practical solutions for his clients, including assisting his clients to realise the benefits of adopting cloud technology accounting.
In 2017, with his team, Cameron established our new technology division, Satellight. The service provides various could-based solutions to its clients, with the focus on using technology to provide real-time data and improve business processes and drive efficiencies.
These appointments reflect the achievements and development which Wali and Cameron have made in their roles as Principals.
We look forward to their on-going contribution and leadership for the firm and our networks into the future.
