Mid-tier accounting association Hall Chadwick has added PKF Lawler to its network, with the firm rebranded as Hall Chadwick WA, a month after it announced it would be leaving the PKF Network, taking along its eight partners and two directors, including managing partner Wayne Healy.
Hall Chadwick WA will operate alongside the Hall Chadwick insolvency office in Perth.
“We have worked alongside Hall Chadwick in Western Australia for many years and now we will build on our combined expertise and deliver to the growing needs of our clients,” Mr Healy said.
“This is a very exciting event for both our firms, for our employees and our clients. Both teams have enjoyed significant growth in recent years and have a solid reputation for delivering accounting solutions to clients.”
Perth Hall Chadwick partner Cameron Shaw welcomed the addition of Hall Chadwick WA, believing it would help expand the association’s services across the Western Australia market.
“The access to local specialists in tax, audit and corporate finance will significantly strengthen the services available to the Perth market,” Mr Shaw said.
“The firm has experienced stellar growth in the corporate insolvency and business recovery arena and their expansion opens many cross-service offerings.”
Hall Chadwick Association’s chairman, Brent Kijurina, said the decision to add to its Perth offerings would help attract clients across a wider range of industries and sectors.
“The newly combined accounting and advisory service offerings will provide clients with broader access to multi-disciplined expertise across a greater range of industries and sectors,” Mr Kijurina said.
“In addition to accounting compliance services, the firm will deliver audit and assurance services, an extensive range of corporate tax specialisations, corporate finance and company secretarial services.”
PKF will continue to service the Western Australia region with PKF Mack, which recently announced a new managing partner as part of its leadership renewal process.
