Fresh off its expansion into New South Wales with a Sydney-based bookkeeping firm, Carbon Group has now announced a merger with South Australian accounting firm Holiatt Daant.
The merger marks the WA-headquartered financial services firm’s 16th merger to date. Holiatt Daant’s partners, David Hornhardt and Anthony Puliatti, will be staying on along with the entire team and will be rebranding their business to Carbon Barossa.
This Holiatt Daant merger will complement the existing Carbon team in Adelaide, whose office is located in Gawler, following a merger back in May last year.
Carbon Group is currently represented in four states — NSW, WA, SA and VIC — with the network planning to establish a presence in every state ahead of its fifth anniversary in July 2019.
