Vincents has confirmed the establishment of a new office in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, boosting the firm’s existing presence in Queensland through its Brisbane and Gold Coast locations.
The new office will be led by Anita Owens, a former partner at Worrells Solvency & Forensic Accountants.
Ms Owens, who joins Vincents as a director in their forensic services division from 16 September, will bring with her 30 years of experience across the forensic accounting, insolvency and business reconstruction fields, on top of local knowledge, having commenced her career in Noosa in 1989.
Managing director David Rose described Ms Owens’ appointment as a “triumph” for the thriving mid-tier.
“Anita and our new office will cover the full spectrum of forensic services including business valuations, investigations, commercial matters, family and estate matters and financial crime,” Mr Rose said.
“With her broad skill set, experience and longstanding local presence, we are excited with Anita joining the Vincents team and spearheading our expansion on the Sunshine Coast.”
