This year, finalists for the Australian Accounting Awards will be revealed category by category over the course of the next four weeks.
This new approach is to showcase the outstanding achievements of our finalists in each hotly contested category. Finalists will have a dedicated profile page to display their valuable contribution in strengthening Australia’s accounting profession.
This year’s Boutique Firm of the Year (less than 20 employees) finalists were commended for playing an important role in servicing their local communities while effectively driving business growth during the 2019 calendar year.
They were also recognised for utilising a wide range of business development principles and tactics to secure and diversify their client base.
The Professional Development Program finalist firms have been recognised for the most effective professional development program during the 2019 calendar year.
They have developed staff through structured development initiatives, and recognised that effective and sustainable professional development is crucial to attracting and retaining the best talent.
