Andersen Global has now signed a collaboration agreement with Australian firm A&A Tax Legal Consulting.
A&A Tax Legal Consulting was founded by managing partner Cameron Allen in 2010 and has offices in Melbourne and Sydney.
As part of the agreement, the firm will work together with Andersen Global to secure its status as a member firm and look to undertake a name change by the end of 2021.
Andersen Global, founded in the wake of Arthur Andersen’s demise, is an association of legally separate, independent member firms that has presence in over 196 locations through its member firms and collaborating firms.
Andersen Global chairman and chief executive Mark Vorsatz said the agreement with A&A Tax Legal Consulting was a strong starting point in its plans to expand in the Asia-Pacific region.
“Cameron and his team of experts have extensive experience and an excellent reputation in the market, which provides a strong anchor for our organisation in this region,” Mr Vorsatz said.
“The firm consistently strives to deliver best-in-class services that are complementary to our global platform. We are delighted to be working together with like-minded individuals to develop comprehensive coverage and synergistic solutions for our clients globally.”
Commenting on the deal, Mr Allen said the collaboration would help strengthen its current service lines and broaden its reach.
“I understand what seamless, best-in-class service looks like, and we are eager to collaborate with all the Andersen professionals worldwide who fully embody these values,” Mr Allen said.
“This collaboration is pivotal in expanding opportunities for our people and bringing the best solutions to our clients globally.”
