The three new partners have been named as Anika Reside, partner – specialist tax in Perth; Jessica Farthing, partner – data transformation and analytics in Sydney; and Liam Te-wierik, partner – audit and assurance in Sydney.
All three were previously directors at Grant Thornton.
Greg Keith, CEO at Grant Thornton, said the appointments further cement Grant Thornton’s strong client service offering and its commitment to innovate and deliver high quality results for clients.
“I am absolutely thrilled to share the news of our three promotions to partner in the New Year, and all three are exceptional colleagues," Mr Keith said.
"They have each excelled and bring compelling and exciting propositions to the business.
“Across all our offices nationally, Anika delivers her indirect tax expertise – which is currently in demand throughout the industry – with a fresh approach, and her technical capability is well regarded by clients.”
“Jessica has responded to key market issues with tailored value propositions and new data-driven offerings that really established Grant Thornton as a challenger brand in the financial remediation space.
“Liam has been instrumental in helping Grant Thornton to better understand potential opportunities, create new services and develop smarter and quicker ways to serve clients through client data analysis.”
