Deloitte completes acquisition of Entrago

Business

The new addition aims to bolster the firm’s health, public sector and financial services capabilities.

Deloitte has completed the acquisition of Entrago as it looks to expand its ServiceNow technology and enterprise process automation, in particular within healthcare.

Founded in 2018, Entrago is a ServiceNow elite partner, providing advisory, consulting, and delivery services in Brisbane, and across Australia. The team operates primarily in the health sector, as well as government and financial services.

Led by founder and chief executive Cameron Douglas-Savage, the 21-strong Entrago team will join Deloitte Consulting’s enterprise technology and performance group. Mr Douglas-Savage will become a Deloitte Consulting partner.

Deloitte Australia national health sector leader, Luke Baxby, said this was another significant investment in health sector expertise and solutions, following the acquisition of specialist digital health consultancy the Checkley Group earlier this year.

“We’re committed to designing and delivering the health system of the future with our healthcare clients, and the addition of the Entrago team will certainly add to this strength,” he said.

Deloitte’s acquisition would aim to be at the forefront of bringing the full breadth of its expertise to clients by applying ServiceNow innovation and technology, which develops cloud computing platforms to help companies manage digital workflows for enterprise operations.

The arrival of the Entrago team would further enhance the firm’s wide-ranging offerings and market presence.

“They will bring additional depth of technical experience and capability in healthcare and process automation, helping our clients to streamline their operations and end-user service experiences, increasing agility in business models and driving transformation outcomes off their ServiceNow investment,” Deloitte Consulting and lead ServiceNow partner, Sonia Eland said.

Deloitte Consulting managing partner, Ellen Derrick, said the Australian market for the business transformation that could be powered by ServiceNow was significant, and its potential for growth into the future was strong.

“The Entrago team is incredibly well-regarded in the market, and their joining Deloitte will build on our already substantial ServiceNow practice. Cameron and his talented people have deep expertise across a range of ServiceNow offerings, and we are really looking forward to their joining our team,” she said.

“The move also builds on the momentum we have achieved over the last 12 months in the technology alliance consulting and service delivery space, and team hires that have bolstered our market position in health, cloud and Oracle managed services and digital experience and marketing.”

The Entrago team is set to formally join Deloitte on 26 April 2022. The terms of the transaction are confidential.

Entrago CEO, and soon-to-be Deloitte consulting partner, Mr Douglas-Savage, said this was an exciting opportunity for Entrago ever since it was established four years ago and was the right move, at the right time.

“Deloitte represents a strong cultural and strategic fit, a commitment to making a real difference for clients and communities, and local and global opportunities for our people to support clients with some of their biggest challenges,” he said.
