Jessica Tsiakis, partner at Holding Redlich: Tsiakis is a litigation partner bringing extensive experience in representing clients from large corporations to individuals. Tsiakis will be presenting on the reforms to Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Act 2006, which expands the AML-CTF regime to certain high-risk services provided by accountants, lawyers, trust and company service providers and real estate professionals. She will cover what the changes mean for accounting firms and how to ensure they comply with the new laws.
Meg Heffron, Managing Director at Heffron SMSF Solutions: Heffron is an actuary focusing on simplifying complex concepts, shaping policy, and sharing insights through media and industry forums. At the conference, Heffron will examine the superannuation landscape over the next financial year.
