Andrew Castleman, from Pitcher Partners Melbourne, has been appointed principal.
Mr Cattleman brings 10 years of management consulting experience to the role, in the areas of process improvement, information technology and human capital.
He provides government and corporate clients with strategy, planning, sourcing, implementation and review services that help them through their business life cycle, according to a statement from the firm.
Pitcher Partners managing partner Carl Millington said Mr Castleman provides services that improve clients' businesses through the analysis of their existing problems and the development of plans for improvement.
“He is an exciting appointment for Pitcher Partners Sydney and brings additional skills to our existing consulting capabilities,” Mr Millington said.
