The new partners are all based in Brisbane.
BDO Brisbane’s managing partner, Tony Schiffmann has welcomed tax specialist Leisa Rafter, superannuation specialist Paul Rafton and automotive industry expert Randall Bryson to the partnership.

“Leisa is a great asset to the BDO tax team, specialising in indirect tax, particularly within the financial services sector," said Mr Schiffmann.
Mr Rafton has over 27 years' experience and specialises in superannuation fund compliance and administration, with a further specialisation in self-managed superannuation funds.
Mr Schiffmann commented “Paul brings more than 22 years’ specialising in self-managed superannuation funds, bringing expert knowledge and advice to his role."
Mr Bryson has over 10 years’ experience in the motor industry and a further 11 years in other areas of the accounting profession.
“Randall remains passionate about the automotive industry, being a qualified motor mechanic and having spent 10 years as a technician and service manager, prior to his 11 years’ accounting experience," Mr Schiffmann said.
