Lisa Stribley will join the firm’s Melbourne office after 21 years at Hansens, one of the very first firms in Australia to migrate its business and client base to the cloud.
Ms Stribley’s role will involve assisting clients in migrating to cloud-based accounting solutions, according to a statement from Deloitte.
David Hill, national managing partner for Deloitte Private noted that Lisa’s appointment reflects Deloitte Private’s commitment to providing clients with the latest in cloud accounting technologies.
“As a pioneer in cloud accounting, Lisa will be instrumental in supporting our growth, particularly of our Deloitte Private Connect offering, given her extensive cloud accounting expertise,” said Mr Hill.
“Every business owner dreams of spending less time in the business and more time on the business. Until now, that's been easier said than done. Deloitte Private Connect is changing all that.
"Deloitte Private Connect combines shared ledger accounting, automated bookkeeping and benchmarking, an online portal and dashboard as well as many other digital technologies to redefine the way our private clients are experiencing professional services,” said Mr Hill.
Ms Stribley said she is excited to join the firm and support growth in the Deloitte Private Connect offering.
“My clients often wear many hats and would rather not spend their limited time on admin. The best use of their time is on strategic matters; on progressing their business’ growth agenda. Deloitte Private Connect makes this a reality,” Ms Stribley said.
