HLB Mann Judd has appointed Kate Blecich as a director in its Sydney office’s business advisory division.
Ms Blecich has been promoted to director after four years with the firm.
She has more than eight years’ experience in business performance improvement, specifically through assisting business development in areas such as business growth, profit maximisation, enhancing cash flow, asset protection and succession planning.
Prior to joining HLB Mann Judd Sydney, Ms Blecich worked in the commercial sector in Australia and Scotland. She has worked for Westpac in Sydney as a senior business adviser and for Standard Life in Edinburgh as a management accountant.
Tony Fittler, managing partner of HLB Mann Judd Sydney, congratulated Ms Blecich, praising her proven track record of working with businesses to make them stronger and more profitable.
“Kate is already highly regarded by clients and colleagues for her problem solving skills. She is technically minded and able to achieve quick results that are both practical and commercially astute," he said.
“It is always pleasing to be able to promote from within, and Kate’s appointment is a testament to the strength of the firm and its internal staff development programs.
“Kate’s experience and skill set are a good fit, as the business advisory division continues its focus on the profitability and growth of clients in the family business sector,” Mr Fittler said.
