Class names new director

Business

Software provider Class has announced the appointment of a new director in preparation for the company’s expected IPO later this year.

By Staff Reporter 8 minute read

Class has named former Shadforth Financial Group chief executive Tony Fenning as the final new director to the Class board.

Mr Fenning’s appointment follows last week’s announcement of three new directors – Kathryn Foster, Matthew Quinn and CEO Kevin Bungard.

Class chairman Barry Lambert said Mr Fenning’s financial services background, knowledge, experience and solid record of business success leave him perfectly placed to take on the directorial role.

“Mr Fenning has been an outstanding financial services executive, with an impressive history of building high growth and enduring businesses,” he said.

“His knowledge of what is happening around the world, combined with his understanding of how technology is an enabler of change, is unsurpassed.”

Mr Fenning said he is excited to help guide Class into the future.

“I am delighted to be asked to join Class, not only because of its high-quality, market-leading software and strong growth, but more importantly, the potential to build a sustainable, high-growth, next-generation business.”
