The firm will distribute enableHR which, when used in combination with MicrOpay, provides “businesses with greater levels of flexibility in HR management solutions, driving greater empowerment and accountability to an organisation’s HR and WHS management; operational management; and the employee,” according to Sage.
Michael Smith, managing director of Sage MicrOpay, said the alliance will allow businesses to focus on the more important aspects of running their organisations.
“Importantly in today’s fast-moving HR environment, enableHR‘s content, templates and tools are all backed by one of Australia’s leading workplace relations law firms so customers can now be sure both their payroll and HR processes remain compliant,” he said.
Richard Breden, managing director of enableHR, praised the partnership, highlighting its benefits for users.
“In our increasingly service-orientated world, with a company’s people its biggest asset, using integrated payroll and HR technology to drive greater empowerment and accountability to all HR stakeholders – managers and employees alike – is vital to a modern, efficient and effective HR team," he said.
“Sage MicrOpay is a great partner for us. It has that close affinity with the Australian marketplace, with its products specifically designed for Australian companies, ensuring payroll and HR processes are compliant and any domestic market nuances are addressed,” Mr Breden said.
