Commercial Associates is to merge with specialist cloud accounting firm MTK Accounting Services, with the merger resulting in the establishment of a specialist cloud accounting division.

Fleming Stojanovski, Commercial Associates Group CEO, said the firm engaged the partnership to enable it to provide better digital accounting services to client.
“Our goal of being the best advisors to private business in Australia became more achievable today," he said. "Michael Kuster [director of MTK] and his team are undisputed leaders in cloud accounting technologies, and their addition to the CAAA family will add enormous value to our clients, and position CAAA at the forefront of this emerging evolution in accounting.”
“Adding a director with the calibre of Michael to CAAA is quite a coup – our clients and the staff are very excited to be working with him,” Mr Stojanovski added.
Mr Kuster said he is excited to be joining a larger firm and being able to take advantage of the opportunities that will afford.
