Moore Stephens Australia announced Byrons has come on board, trading as Moore Stephens effective immediately.
Byrons’ offering includes taxation, general accounting, auditing, financial planning and business advisory services.
Further, the firm is working to grow its domestic and international reputation as an "Asian market specialist".
The firm is comprised of 10 partners, over 60 staff and has a total revenue of $15 million.
The new addition will expand into a new Sydney CBD office later this year, but plans to maintain its current Burwood office in Sydney’s inner west.
Moore Stephens has flagged that is it now on the hunt for "strategic key hires" to further grow the practice.
"Byrons’ offering not only complements Moore Stephens Australia’s service capability and industry expertise, but also represents a strong alignment culturally, as we develop a 'one firm' approach to how we do business and drive growth in our region," said Peter Antonius, chief executive of Moore Stephens Australia.
"In welcoming Byrons to the Moore Stephens Australia network we are a significant step closer to achieving our vision of creating a cohesive, innovative and collaborative professional services network which creates value for our clients, partners and staff alike," he said.
