Jim’s Bookkeeping has announced a new divisional franchisor in Lloyd Richardson, an accountant who ran his own public practice for 30 years, alongside several other businesses ranging from finance, consulting, and a motel.
Under his new stewardship, Mr Richardson will implement a new format for training, marketing, and support for its franchisees.
As part of the new training program, The Revolutionary Firm will collaborate with Jim’s Bookkeeping to deliver a 90-day kickstart program.
The new training program will also include a five-day intensive live-in program to help franchisees set their business plan, a weekly support call system, and a digital marketing program.
“We have franchisees that has been in the system for less than 12 months and their book is now full, not wanting any more leads, they are now looking to split their franchise or leverage their business, it’s exciting times,” said Mr Richardson.
“The bookkeeping business needs a new brand of professionalism and we aim to bring Jim’s to the market.”
As part of his appointment, Mr Richardson has also recruited Biz Connections chief executive Peter Lawson to assist with Jim’s Bookkeeping’s targeted growth on the East coast.
