SuiteFiles adds QuickBooks Online integration

Technology

The partnership will connect the document management features to the accounting software platform.

Document management platform SuiteFiles has integrated with accounting software QuickBooks Online to bring its tools to the platform.

The firm said the integration brings QuickBooks Online customer data into SuiteFiles to enable consistent workflows and client collaboration.

CEO of SuiteFiles Andrew Sims said he is pleased the firm has extended its range of native integrations to include QuickBooks Online.

“This integration can immediately benefit QuickBook Online customers by adding document management features to the popular accounting platform,” said Mr Sims.

“QBO can now act as a system of record by passing data out to common accounting documents such as tax forms, payroll fillings, and agreements that can be signed right within SuiteFiles. No more uploading, copy and paste, or data re-entry which slows work and introduces error.”

“With over 1,000 practices already enhancing their businesses with SuiteFiles and a 99.6 per cent renewal rate, we’ve proven our ability to help accounting practices using Microsoft 365 Business, Xero and more. This integration gives us the opportunity to deliver greater efficiencies to the QuickBooks ecosystem.”

The firm said the integration means accounting practices can store and exchange files with their clients, generate and auto-populate reusable documents such as engagement letters and new client onboarding emails, and manage the document signing process from start to finish.

SuiteFiles was founded in 2012 with the goal of helping businesses become fully cloud-based and save time by making it easier to communicate with clients and internal teams.
