Global HR platform releases bookkeeping products

Global HR provider Deel has released invoicing and expense tracking products under its Deel Bookkeeping service.

The firm said the launch of Deel Bookkeeping brought a suite of services previously only available away from the platform to it.
Deel said the products were designed to help contractors anywhere manage their financial life, from generating invoices to managing work expenses and filing taxes.
Invoice Generator was one of the products launched as part of the Deel Bookkeeping suite.
The company said it would be the ultimate system for contractors to create and send professional invoices in minutes by adding their invoice breakdown and client information to generate the invoice and then send it to anyone including clients they work with outside of Deel.
The firm said the Invoice Generator would also help contractors by storing invoice details for the future to make it easy to work with repeat clients and having all invoices stored in one place would make filing for taxes easier than before.

As part of the Deel Bookkeeping suite, the firm also released Expense Tracker.
The firm said Expense Tracker would be the one tool contractors needed to manage their work expenses. Deel said with the tool they could upload receipts, categorise their expenses, and assign them to specific clients to track reimbursements.
Deel said the Expense Tracker tool could save contractors hours come the end-of-year bookkeeping and provide them with better visibility of their spending to ensure they do not miss an expense.
The company also revealed a tax summary tool for the Asia-Pacific region would be available as part of the Deel Bookkeeping suite later this year.
Deel said the tool would help summarise a worker’s overall income and costs across all invoices and expenses to make it easier to prepare for tax season, with contractors then able to provide these preprepared details to a tax consultant.
Founded in 2014 by two MIT graduates, Deel was created to eliminate the hiring borders companies were met with so businesses could provide anyone anywhere in the world access to opportunities.
