App driving new business for boutique firm
A firm with a 36-year history has launched an app in an effort to drive engagement with existing clients and win new business.

The Peak Partnership has launched an app, using the My Firms App template, to stand out from the competition.
Speaking to AccountantsDaily, marketing manager Warren Best said: “We want to be ahead of the curve – that’s something we were very mindful of."
He added: “We thought, this is new technology, it’s a different communication channel and that was part of the reason, so that we could position ourselves as a technology firm rather than totally old school.
“That was one of the reasons why we went with it. It’s something different to offer our existing and prospective clients.”
Mr Best said it was a particularly exciting tool for the firm in chasing a new generation of clients.
“We have been around for 36 years and we're looking to regenerate the client base a little.”
Mr Best added: “We are hopeful that having the app, and it’s not the be all and end all selling tool, but it is just another feature value add-on that we can offer to existing and prospective clients, particularly perspective clients who are in some of those newer, more dynamic and, dare I say it, younger audiences.”
